Place the inflatable device in a clean, open area without obstacles or other debris. Plug the adapter into an appropriate power outlet. Hold the device upright and ensure the fan's air inlet is free of fabric and clear of obstructions. Confirm the zipper is closed so the doll is fully inflated. Insert metal stakes into the ground through each hole on the lower tab of the inflatable doll to protect it from wind.
